Very responsive staff, good services, and handy location just off the airport and restaurants, and the NFL stadium. Decent sized room, comfortable beds, fairly clean bathroom. Very nice stay, as always.

Overall the room was well-appointed with a fridge, a king bed and a jacuzzi. There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was fabulous.

The room could use some updates and the electrical sockets need to be tightened, but they do offer double beds, which is a plus. 🛏️ The location is spot on - super close to the airport and they have a shuttle service, plus you're surrounded by tons of restaurants, shops, and even a mall.

it was fairly clean and the staff were helpful, beds were comfy. had a brand-new and outstanding room. the hotel was centrally situated really close to downtown and the nfl stadium and niagara falls and grocery stores.

Price was somewhat higher than other hotels that offer the same services also, could not ascertain, at time of booking, if the Quality Inn buffalo airport offered long term parking with room accomodation.

The room here was nicely kept, had cozy beds, a fridge, and a relaxing jacuzzi.

For those who intend to catch early morning flights from Buffalo, this hotel is extremely suitable. Hotel is clean, well maintained, staff are friendly. They provide 24 hours pick up and drop from/to the airport. Complementary breakfast is served. If it is too early in the morning, then they arrange for cold breakfast. Room was clean, toilet well stocked, clean towels provided, had hair drier.

The accessibility to the hotel is perfect. The parking spot was very close to the secundary entrance door and just a few steps from the bedroom. The bedrooms are very broad and comfortable. It is a quiet place, despite the fact that it is very close to the airport. The breakfast was better then I was expecting for the price.

The shower was really bad. There were two but very weak. It seems that they were very old and rusty. They should immediately replace it, because that's the only bad thing I can say about this place.

The room was spacious and affordable, with 2 queen beds. The location was great and within walking distance to everything I needed. The hotel was conveniently located just 700 feet from the bus stop.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, shuttle to and from airport was fast and immediate, continental breakfast was passable with good choice but no attandant, bed comfortable, no complaints.

Not told in advance about parking fee for leaving car for a week, but fee was acceptable compared to other hotels or airport.
